In order for you to benefit from the TCIP’s Compulsory Earthquake Insurance policy, whether your building is completely or partially damaged, compensation may be requested for minor or major material losses.

The information and documents required for the compensation of your material losses directly caused by the earthquake or by fire, explosions, tsunami or landslides occurring as a result of the earthquake, within the limits specified in your policy, are as follows:

• Damage Reporting (with the Republic of Turkey ID number or policy number)
• Current Title Deed Information
• Open Address of the Area to suffer Damages (for the convenience of sending of a specialist and assessment)
• Telephone number of the Insured person (Fixed and/or mobile)

Moreover, the TCIP should be informed of any other insurance policy which includes earthquake guarantees in addition to the Compulsory Earthquake Insurance policy for the insured building.
